Dicky's Lakes are situated in the heart of Creuse Region of France, just 1.5 miles outside the beautiful village of Chambon-sur-Voueize.
In the village, you will find all local amenities, including a supermarket, fuel station, post office, pharmacy, doctors, bakery, pub and bistro.
We feel very privileged as our village has just been awarded, "Plus beaux villages de France," meaning, "one of the most beautiful villages in France".
If you fancy a drive a little further, in approximately 5 minutes, you can visit Evaux-les-Bains where you will find a Pizzeria, Kebab house, relaxing natural thermes (spa) and casino... we really do have everything on our doorstep!!!
We are approximately 5 hours from Dieppe or 6.5 hours from Calais. It is a very comfortable drive with the journey consisting mostly of motorways.
